Remote management of servers running macOS is usually done through Screen Sharing. This is standard software included with macOS that allows you to connect to and control a remote computer as a local computer, similar to Windows Remote Desktop. The connection is made using the VNC protocol. Windows does not have its own VNC client and you will need to install it, for example RealVNC, you can download it from the link https://www.realvnc.com/en/connect/download/viewer/windows/.

The description can also be found on the Apple website, in the macOS user guide, at the link https://support.apple.com/ru-ru/guide/mac-help/mh14066
