Terms and Policies

By using MrHost services, you confirm that you have read and agreed to the following terms and policies.

Terms of Service

1. General

MrHost provides virtual servers, dedicated servers, VPN, hosting, and related services under the terms described on this page.

By using our services, the client agrees to comply with applicable laws and these service rules.

The client is responsible for ensuring that their use of the services complies with all applicable laws and regulations, including the laws of the country and jurisdiction where the service is located.

2. Service Availability

Services are provided on an "as is" basis.

We make reasonable efforts to ensure stable and uninterrupted service operation; however, we do not guarantee the absence of technical issues, interruptions, or downtime.

3. Client Account

The client is responsible for the security of their account, passwords, and all actions performed through their account.

The following is prohibited:

  • providing false registration information;
  • impersonating another person;
  • creating accounts to bypass restrictions or suspensions.

MrHost may restrict or suspend related accounts operated by the same individual, organization, or group in cases involving fraud, abuse, policy violations, or attempts to bypass restrictions.

4. Billing and Renewals

Services are provided on a prepaid basis.

The client is solely responsible for timely payment and renewal of services.

If payment is not received, the service may be suspended or terminated without data recovery.

Any payment dispute, chargeback, payment reversal, or unauthorized payment claim may result in immediate suspension of the client's account and all related services.

5. Service Restrictions and Suspension

We reserve the right to temporarily restrict or suspend services in cases involving:

  • violations of these policies;
  • abuse complaints;
  • malicious activity;
  • threats to infrastructure stability;
  • requests from datacenters, payment providers, or legal authorities;
  • risks to MrHost, our infrastructure, partners, clients, or reputation.

In critical cases, services may be restricted, suspended, or terminated immediately without prior notice.

MrHost may refuse, suspend, or terminate services when reasonably necessary to protect the company, infrastructure, clients, partners, or reputation.

6. Data and Backups

The client is solely responsible for maintaining backups of their data.

MrHost is not responsible for any data loss, including data loss caused by hardware failure, software failure, service suspension, abuse handling, security incidents, account termination, or any other reason.

After service suspension, cancellation, termination, or expiration, data may be permanently deleted without recovery.

7. Limitation of Liability

MrHost shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, loss of business, loss of revenue, loss of data, or service interruption.

The total liability of MrHost shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the affected service during the previous 30 days.

8. Disclosure of Information

MrHost may disclose information when required by law, court order, law enforcement request, datacenter request, payment provider request, or when necessary to protect our infrastructure, clients, partners, or legal interests.

9. Sanctions

MrHost may refuse, suspend, or terminate services for individuals, organizations, regions, or activities subject to international sanctions or other applicable restrictions.

10. Service Location

For the purposes of service descriptions and location references, the geographic location of a service is determined by the associated network infrastructure, IP address allocation, and point of network presence.

The physical location of underlying hardware, servers, storage systems, or other infrastructure components may differ from the advertised service location.

11. Policy Changes

We may update these terms and policies from time to time.

The latest version is always available on this page.

  • creates excessive load on infrastructure;

In critical situations, services may be temporarily restricted to protect the infrastructure and other clients.

6. Jurisdiction and Applicable Laws

The client is responsible for ensuring that their use of the service complies with all laws and regulations applicable to their activity, as well as the laws of the country and jurisdiction where the service is located.

MrHost may restrict, suspend, or terminate services if we receive complaints, notices, or other information indicating a violation of applicable law, regardless of the country from which such complaint or notice originates.

7. Enforcement

Depending on the severity of the violation, we may:

  • issue a warning;
  • temporarily restrict services;
  • request additional information or verification;
  • permanently terminate services;
  • restrict or suspend related accounts.

  • type of service;
  • payment method;
  • violations of service policies;
  • signs of fraud or abuse;
  • verification status;
  • fees, costs, and risks related to the payment.

  • refusal to complete required verification;
  • fraud, abuse, chargebacks, payment disputes, or attempts to bypass security checks.

4. Service Cancellation

Clients may cancel service renewals at any time before the end of the paid period.

Service or account termination does not release the client from obligations related to already issued invoices, unpaid fees, chargebacks, disputes, or damages caused by policy violations.

1. General

To protect infrastructure, clients, and prevent fraud, MrHost may request additional identity verification.

Verification is performed selectively based on our internal risk assessment system.

Third-party verification providers may be used to perform verification procedures.

4. Refusal to Complete Verification

If the client refuses to complete verification, we may:
