By using MrHost services, you confirm that you have read and agreed to the following terms and policies.
Terms of Service
1. General
MrHost provides virtual servers, dedicated servers, VPN, hosting, and related services under the terms described on this page.
By using our services, the client agrees to comply with applicable laws and these service rules.
2. Service Availability
Services are provided on an "as is" basis.
We make reasonable efforts to ensure stable and uninterrupted service operation; however, we do not guarantee the absence of technical issues, interruptions, or downtime.
3. Client Account
The client is responsible for the security of their account, passwords, and all actions performed through their account.
The following is prohibited:
- providing false registration information;
- impersonating another person;
- creating accounts to bypass restrictions or suspensions.
4. Billing and Renewals
Services are provided on a prepaid basis.
The client is solely responsible for timely payment and renewal of services.
If payment is not received, the service may be suspended or terminated without data recovery.
5. Service Restrictions and Suspension
We reserve the right to temporarily restrict or suspend services in cases involving:
- violations of these policies;
- abuse complaints;
- malicious activity;
- threats to infrastructure stability;
- requests from datacenters, payment providers, or legal authorities.
6. Policy Changes
We may update these terms and policies from time to time.

Acceptable Use Policy
1. General
Our services may only be used for lawful and legitimate purposes.
Any activity that threatens the security, stability, or reputation of the service is prohibited.
2. Prohibited Activities
The following activities are prohibited on MrHost services:
- sending spam or bulk unsolicited messages;
- hosting phishing resources;
- distributing malware, viruses, botnets, ransomware, spyware, or exploit tools;
- brute-force attacks, port scanning, or vulnerability scanning;
- organizing or launching DDoS attacks;
- fraud, scams, or attempts to steal data;
- hosting illegal content;
- violating copyright or intellectual property rights;
- activities violating international sanctions;
- using services for unauthorized proxying or traffic anonymization;
- operating TOR Exit Nodes without prior approval;
- any actions that may result in MrHost IP addresses or networks being blacklisted by SpamHaus, SpamCop, StopForumSpam, or similar organizations.
3. Resource Usage
It is prohibited to use services in a way that:
- creates excessive load on infrastructure;
- negatively affects service quality for other clients;
- may lead to network or hardware degradation.
If necessary, we may:
- temporarily limit resource usage;
- restrict network activity;
- temporarily suspend the service until the issue is resolved.
4. Compromised Servers
If a client's server is compromised and used for malicious activity, the client must take reasonable steps to resolve the issue within a reasonable timeframe.
In critical situations, services may be temporarily restricted to protect the infrastructure and other clients.
5. Enforcement
Depending on the severity of the violation, we may:
- issue a warning;
- temporarily restrict services;
- request additional information or verification;
- permanently terminate services.
Refund Policy
1. General
MrHost services are digital services and are considered delivered once activated.
2. Refunds
Refund requests are reviewed individually and are not guaranteed automatically.
Decisions depend on:
- service usage time;
- type of service;
- payment method;
- violations of service policies;
- signs of fraud or abuse.
3. Exceptions
Refunds are generally not provided in cases involving:
- violations of the Acceptable Use Policy;
- suspension for malicious activity;
- service cancellation after activation;
- custom or individually configured services;
- cryptocurrency payments.
4. Service Cancellation
Clients may cancel service renewals at any time before the end of the paid period.
Service or account termination does not освобождает the client from obligations related to already issued invoices.
Verification Policy
1. General
To protect infrastructure, clients, and prevent fraud, MrHost may request additional identity verification.
Verification is performed selectively based on our internal risk assessment system.
2. When Verification May Be Required
Verification may be requested in cases involving:
- suspicious payment activity;
- signs of fraud or abuse;
- mismatched registration information;
- high-risk orders;
- requirements from payment providers or datacenters.
3. Verification Procedure
Verification may include:
- identity confirmation;
- payment method ownership confirmation;
- additional anti-fraud checks.
Third-party verification providers may be used to perform verification procedures.
4. Refusal to Complete Verification
If the client refuses to complete verification, we may:
- deny service activation;
- temporarily restrict services;
- cancel the order or terminate services.
Refund requests are handled in accordance with the Refund Policy.
